House Painting Production Manager and Estimator

We are seeking to hire an individual who will be responsible for managing incoming leads, conducting site visits to meet with clients and collect the necessary information for accurate estimates, and overseeing projects through to completion once jobs are secured.

Responsibilities
- Visit sites to provide paint estimation using our estimating software
- Utilize own vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Manage the sales flow for 10-15 customers per week
- Develop ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients
- Serve as a point of contact for customers
- Attend weekly review meetings as scheduled and report into management
- Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with good driving record and be insurable
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of job-related work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
- Basic computer and software skills are needed
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
